Why cant the police just keep doing more undercover stings to stop the black market from existing?
I seen on tv they do undercover stings like pretend to be a drug dealer, drug customer, hitman, prostitute, and all these people who thinks its real get busted. How can the black market able to continue to exist if the stings were everywhere at all times? Why cant they just do more stings so people will think twice about it or keep them in a torture jail? If they do this, How will drug customers, drug dealers, prostitutes and hitmen supposed to know if its real or undercover cops once its too late and they are busted?
Short answer: There are far fewer cops than bad guys.
And what the hell is a "torture jail"?

for around 100,000 people, there are about 100-200 cops, that’s 1 cop to 5-10000 people.
it takes a lot of work and time, and if one move is wrong, then all plans will fail. it is also very dangerous.
to be honest, no one can judge if someones a cop or not, your taking a chance is what it is, 50% you make money, 50% you land in jail
