How do you get rid of stage fright?

I don’t think you can unfortunately. You just have to believe that you are amazing and the audience will see that too.

I would say you have to know what you are performing very well, so you don’t have the fear of messing up. Also, try to make yourself not care what the audience reacts. If they didn’t like your speech, or seemed bored, so what? Try to grab their attention. For me, I try to be conversational. Pretend that you are talking to a friend, and that will usually loosen you up.
Be confident, focus on what you are doing, and it will go faster than you’ll realize. Good luck!

It is something hard to accomplish. The best way is to gt used to performing infront of people. If it is too nerve-racking, I can’t help you there. Sorry. If it is something you really want to do, then get a professional to work with you. Good luck!

When you are on stage-Own your role. I’ve been performing for years and I’m still terrified before I go on. You just need to be comfortable in your character or with your song and own it. Don’t let anyone see past you or get you down. (:
